Welcome to 33x. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and the 33x platform ("33x", "we", "us", "our"). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account cashier at the time of the transaction. Account verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification involves confirming your identity using valid identification. Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you and is registered in your name. 33x does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If funds are received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
33x offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and minimum odds restrictions. These specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will apply to the matters they cover.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be placed in eligible bets totalling ten times the bonus value before withdrawal is available. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate registrations or shared devices is a breach of these Terms and will result in the bonus being voided.
33x reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, we will provide reasonable notice and any modification will not apply retrospectively to qualifying activity already completed before the modification date.
All bets placed on cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and other Pakistan cricket fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 33x reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the result is subject to a formal investigation or where there is reasonable evidence of match irregularity.
In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In fast-moving markets such as ball-by-ball T20 cricket, there may be a brief delay between a market event occurring and the odds updating on screen. Bets confirmed before the system registers an event are valid at the accepted odds. 33x will not cancel in-play bets after they have been confirmed solely on the basis that the odds moved shortly afterwards.
Live Casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti and Dragon Tiger are operated by third-party game providers. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 33x will make reasonable efforts to confirm the outcome from the game provider's records and settle the round accordingly. Where a round cannot be confirmed, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
All slot games and crash game titles available on the 33x platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) information for each game is available within the game interface. Past results in any RNG-based game have no influence on future outcomes. Crash game multipliers are determined by the provably fair algorithm operated by the game provider.
The following conduct is prohibited on the 33x platform and will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds:
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the 33x support team. Before closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard verification and processing requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. 33x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, provision of false registration information, or any conduct that 33x determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance will be held until the investigation is complete. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33x's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. 33x is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
33x reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the 33x platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
